Welcome the newest explorers of the Aiktow! Pierre Pepin and Jennifer Gosselin with their trusty companion Jasmine are on a four year odyssey following the waterways and fur trade routes of North America. Everything they need is carried in their canoe. They arrived at Elbow via the South Saskatchewan River and Lake Diefenbaker. They have paddled Lake Superior, the coast of Florida, the Churchill and the Mississippi and everything in between. Thanks to Carol Patterson (BackHomeBakery) Dennis and I had the pleasure of meeting them yesterday. Today the kids at LCS will hear a bit of their story and, maybe, someday embark on their own great adventure.
